Volunteers

Right now, we are hiring volunteers for the follow subcommittee:

Committee of Program

Responsibilities:

- Arrange the facilities on the event day

- Coordinate check-in, walk-in registration, lunch, opening and closing ceremonies, etc. on the event day

- etc.

Committee of Publicity

Responsibilities:

- Manage the social media account

- Design posters and social media posts

- Arrange advertisements of the event

- etc.

Committee of Finance

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sponsors before, during, and after the event day

- Assist donation collections during the event

- Help to organize the spends for the event

- etc.
